Chooprint uses Paypal, a secure transaction gateway. You will
see a padlock icon on the bottom bar when you enter the payment
area which confirms that the pages are secure.
delivery time
Items are printed to order and are normally dispatched within
5 working days. We use Royal Mail special delivery which you will
have to sign for.
damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange
to ship a replacement to you together with a label for the return
of the damaged item. Please don’t discard any of the packing
materials the item came in as these will be necessary for it’s
return.
guarantee and returns policy
If you are not satisfied with any order from chooprint.com, return
it within 7 days and we will refund you its cost, minus any delivery
and credit card charges incurred by us or, if you wish, you can
reselect another print. Please note we cannot accept items for credit
if they are damaged in any way.
To return a print, repack in the same packaging it was delivered
in and return within 7 working days to the address on the invoice.
Please return items using recorded royal mail as you will be covered
for any loss or damage.
Please include your delivery note and a note stating the reason
for return. Upon receipt of the print, we shall, within two working
days, dispatch your reselection or refund the cost of your order,
less any postage costs and transaction charges incurred by us.
cancellations
Any cancellations, not the fault of chooprint.com, and subsequent
refund will be subject to any transaction costs incurred by us.
When you place an order on this website, you will be deemed to
have read these conditions in full. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
